How can I buy a Verball?|top|

How many Verball characters are there?|top|

There are 5 characters at the moment: Striker, Slick, Mr V, Baby and Britney. In fact, why not meet the them in our animated 'Meet the Verballs' introduction.

How do I install my new Verball?|top|

It's really easy to install a Verball. Plug your Verball into a free USB port and then follow the wizard to download the free software. Follow the instructions and you will be chatting to friends and family in no time.

How do I use Skype?|top|

If you do not already have Skype, you will need to download the free software to use your Verball. Click here to find out more about our friends at Skype and to download it: www.skype.com

I can't get my new Verball to work, how can I get some help?|top|

After following the Easy Start Guide and downloading the Verball software from this website, you then need to download Skype if you don't already have it. If your Verball doesn't work after following these instructions you can email us on help@verballs.com or skype: verballs. Please note technical support is currently only available in English.

My Friends keep in touch with another messaging program...will my Verball still work?|top|

We think Verballs work best with Skype. However, if you and your friends already keep in touch on MSN, Yahoo, AOL or similar programs then you can use your Verball to also chat to them for free.

How do I get my Verball to sing my MP3's?|top|

To get your Verball to also play your music, go to START, CONTROL PANEL, SOUND AND AUDIO DEVICES. At the top you will see Audio tab...you need to set your Verball to be your default audio sound device. Click APPLY and now click PLAY on a MP3 file...your verball will now sing along to all your music instead of just being a telephone!
